Create GHL Task

Creates a follow-up task on the contact's GHL record for a human team member to act on after the call.

The agent passes the person's name, phone, email, and a task title. Optionally assign it to a specific location user, or leave it unassigned. No webhook or endpoint setup needed.

1. Add a function. Select Create GHL Task

2. Name and Description are filled in automatically

3. Optionally set Assign To. The dropdown pulls real users from your GoHighLevel location

4. Save
