Transfer Call

Transfers the live call to a phone number. Used to hand off to a human.

1. Add a function. Select Call Transfer

2. The name is filled in automatically (transfer_call)

3. Set Transfer To. Choose Static Number and enter a phone number, or Dynamic Routing to determine the destination at runtime

4. Set the transfer type. Cold Transfer connects the caller directly. Warm Transfer briefs the receiving agent first before connecting

5. Set Displayed Phone Number. Choose whether the caller sees the agent's number or the transferee's number.

6. Optionally add Custom SIP Headers for call routing, metadata, or carrier integration
